do you know why i dislike sarah palin? it's not just because i disagree with her policies on just about everything, or the fact that she practically knows NOTHING....
she makes me ashamed to be a woman in this country. Is this the role model for young women that we need? imagining her in any position of legal authority is like watching legally blonde, only without the happy ending where she really is smart, just in her own way.
she's used her power to get her friends and contributors state jobs. She appointed the director of an engineering firm (cor-po-ra-tion) to head of transportation for the state. She used tax payer money for personal trips. She fired the state public safety commissioner because he refused to fire her ex-brother in law, a state trooper. She winks. She clenches her jaw. In the body language world, these are signs of a person who is not to be trusted, a liar. She keeps tooting the

are you not seeing what i'm seeing here? the very stereotypes that have steered people clear of even IMAGINING a woman being CAPABLE of such positions as president or vice president. Hey when i get elected, i'll like, totally get you guys, my BFF's, jobs at like, the white house. We'll like, totally have sleepovers. Omgz your boyfriend dumped you?? no way i'll totally, like, fire him. Have you seen my new mom khakis and this new sweater i can wear around my lacoste shirt at the hocky game on friday? so hot, right? let's go to cabo don't worry about the money i can, like, sooo just borrow it from the tax payers. It's not wrong they pay me, right? i mean, they're, like, so giving me their money. Duh. Winkwinkwink. MAVERICK let's watch top gun ice man is so hot.
okay. Enough. I think you may now see what i see, if you hadn't before. The very things people feared and formed stereotypes out of in regards to women being in the oval office are being fully realized by this ridiculous specimen of a "woman".
side note: my mom put a mccain/palin sign in her yard to spite me, and my sister's response was, "thanks for looking out for my uterus, mom".
